CANCELLATION POLICY
Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. I value your business and hope that respect for each other’s time will always stay mutual. Thank you for recognizing my schedule policies implemented with all of my clients in mind. 1) A 50% deposit is required for booking. If there is no deposit for set appointment. The appointment will be canceled and client will potentially be banned from booking in future. 2) Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellation or reschedule within or less than a 24 hour notice will be given a ONE time rescheduling for that scheduled service. After that one time rescheduling is set, any further no show, reschedule or cancellation will be charged 50%. 3) Any no show will be charged 80% of full price of the service. Policy will still be enforced. If continuation of no shows the individual will have a ban be put on his/her account for further booking.
